Future Music Festival Asia

Future Music Festival originated from Australia, extending its reach to the South East Asian region in the form of Future Music Festival Asia. It was a real honour to be able to work on this amazing event and assist in ‘Asian-ifying’ the FMFA2014 “Jungle Safari” installment – from the logo itself to key-art elements, the festival website and social media artwork.

Solution
FMFA2014 was centered around a Jungle Safari theme, so the use of East Malaysian elements (Iban shields, wildlife, traditional weapons and camouflage) were incorporated and adapted into the festival logo and overall key art.

The website was designed to be an explosion of texture, imagery and colour to prepare users for the bombardment of senses that await them at FMFA14. Fake jungle themed advertisements were also designed and included throughout the website to give tourists travelling to the country for the festival a subtle impression of travel website preparing them for the wildest trip of their lives.
