Diageo is a global leader with an outstanding collection of brands across spirits, beer and wine categories. Their business is built on a deep passion for the brands that they represent, their employees, customers, consumers, communities and society as a whole. The Diageo Asia Pacific Hero Awards is an annual ceremony that celebrates the commitment and achievements of their teams across the various markets throughout Asia.
Solution
I was privileged to work together with the AKA Asia team in Singapore on the Asia Pacific Hero Awards websites from 2011 – 2013; Designing and building a new website with a different theme for each year.
From top to bottom: 2011 – Urban, 2012 – Newsworthy and 2013 – Great Cities.
The websites showcased the various categories of awards that were being celebrated, upcoming news, highlights and winners from the previous years. Diageo employees could also nominate their peers who they felt should be deserving of an award and why, through the site. These nominations were collated and sent to the Diageo panel for consideration to be included in the awards nominations.
