HERMÉS wanted to hold a closed door showcase of their Spring/Summer Accessories for a select few of their regular customers. My team and I were commissioned to assist them in devising a way to present their collection.
Solution
Taking the HERMÉS worldwide theme of ‘Dance’ in 2007, we proposed the event to be held in one of the dance studios within the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre. We designed a seamless world of music and motion frozen in time; converting the space into a giant art installation in itself. Invited guests were allowed to walks amongst the flat acrylic dancing mannequins suspended from the ceiling and be fully immersed in the elegant atmosphere and charm of this special showcase.
